One more verified detail worth knowing: the same kit is often sold as two different offers. The right question isn’t “scam or legit?” It’s “what exactly am I buying, and what will it take to make it livable and legal?”
What’s genuinely good: cold-formed steel is strong, dimensionally stable, non-combustible, and termite-proof, and it won’t warp, rot, or mold — claims the sellers make and that are broadly true of CFS framing. The review gap
