- Google Analytics 4 — page views, traffic sources, aggregate engagement metrics. IP addresses are anonymized.
- Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session-replay recordings of how visitors interact with our pages.
What is always on
- Strictly necessary cookies and local storage required for site functionality (e.g. saving your in-progress ADU Feasibility Engine answers between steps).
What is always off
Regardless of the setting above, we never load analytics or session-replay tools on the following pages, because they collect or display personal information:
- Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Affiliate Disclosure, Accessibility, and this page
- Contact form
- ADU Feasibility Engine email gate and report page
Other privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights including the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, and the right to appeal a decision we make about your request. To exercise those rights, email us at privacy@dwellingindex.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, in which case we will require written proof of authorization.
